WHERE DO YOU EXPECT A WITNESS AGAINST GMA, FG AND HER COHORTS WOULD GO?

TO MALACANANG, DOJ, OMBUDSMAN, SANDIGAN, LOWER HOUSE?

THOSE PICTURES SPEAK A THOUSAND WORDS....IN TAGALOG...HULING HULI ANG PRESIDENTE MO, WITH FG AND ABALOS..

IMAGINE, THEY CLAIMED THAT IT'S A GOVT. TO GOVT. TRANSACTION AND THERE THEY ARE TALKING WITH THE ZTE OFFICIALS NOT WITH THE LEADERS OF CHINA....

NOW THE QUESTION OF SEN. GORDON WAS ANSWERED...WHY THE SUDDEN RUSH IN SIGNING THE CONTRACT WHEN THE PROJECT IS NOT THAT URGENT?

If you will correlate the various testimonies, from Joey de Venecia to Leo San Miguel, arrange the timelines in chronological order, you will realize, that despite of strong denials from the principals, namely, GMA, FG and Abalos, the witnesses were testifying truthfully to the best of their knowledge!

Re: another "witness" comes to ABS-CBN?

Why bring a witness to a television network and not in Congress? Suplico could have done that. His action to bring Alex before the TV network that creates negative publicity about the administration is an act of challenging the latter since the Meralco controversy exploded. He brought Alex to ABS so ABS can report about what Alex knows. This will earn the ire of the administration. Suplico will then make an issue out of it and claim that the administration is hitting on the Lopezes. The Lopezes will now use it to stop the pressure from the government. Nice play there. But this is all too obvious even to an average mind. The new witness must swear under oath to prove that he is telling the truth.

Now that he cannot be found or located, as Suplico reports he lost contact with Alex, this will again be used against the government. How's that? Suplico and friends must have enrolled at Ping Academy too to be able to master the art of tactics like these. All testimonies remain to be hearsay and the pictures lacks probative value.

i saw no foreign loan contract being signed. "such limitations as may be provided by law" is what should have clipped the president's role. it should not cover pre-negotiation because the framers of the constitution saw anomalous transactions as a big possibility in such transactions, learning from our country's experience in the failed bataan power plant. but if you notice, this government and all others before it have always bordered on the phrase "such limitations" (as in the case of martial law) and relied on the supreme court, which is another government rubber stamp, to make the "final" decision.

btw, the BSP governor is not a member of the NEDA. and romulo neri was never BSP governor but he was member of the monetary board.

there's no foreign loan signed because the project was cancelled...but still the picture can not prove thet there was an anomaly happened during the golf game..and how can it claim that there was a meeting or negotiation going-on when it only shows that the president was having fun...

fyi...The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), as mandated by the Philippine Constitution, is the country’s independent economic development and planning agency. It is headed by the President as chairman of the NEDA board, with the Secretary of Socio-Economic Planning, concurrently NEDA Director-General, as vice-chairman. All Cabinet members, as well as the Central Bank Governor, are members of the NEDA Board......

hindi si Neri ang tinutukoy ko kung hindi yung head ng MB na gov ng BSP na member din ng NEDA...
