Imagine if the all registration of a filipino can be tampered.Whats the used of it having it.Any foreign national can pay just to be citizens and live to our country which Filipino are the one being slave to the motherland. I guess its about time to end the corruption of the agency to control it.This should monitored by the Filipino cause it solve other issues like passport private or public transaction.It will easily to tract down those foreigner who are staying to the country for long. If the systems of the NSO will be secured about the Certifacation they are issuing its about time also to issued already the National card that will serve as authentic identification of individual Filipino as in Original Filipino.Now, we can not control the issuance of rice because we dont have identification of those poor or not. So, now its about time to fix this mess on the Identification coming from the NSO. At least, they can issue a National Id that will solve the problem like what happening on NFA which they need to provide an access card instead make all filipino to have it so in the future we solve any problem when we need an identification. Access card is just patches and not solving the future need of the card again waste of money. Think to have an National Id it serve as ID publicly and private purpose. All will benefits for identifying who's who........

 

As of May 4 2008, this a problem that pertains to the security of the information we have trusted to NSO. Now, because of this unprotected data from NSO it creates more problem to other agency too like the DFA's. May be its about time to clear all those related problems with regards to our Identity of Filipinos. From the "Probe"....

kaya nga sabi ko malaki sana maitutulong ng boadband network sa ganyang problema di lamang sa customs kung hindi sa lahat ng ahensya ng gobyerno..kumbaga ang impormasyon ng bawat pilipino ay makikita mo lang sa isang data system na kahit saan ka pumuntang lugar sa pilipinas ay yon parin ang impormasyong makukuha mo.. halimbawa nlng sa lisensya ko for how many years ay isang adress lang ang ginagamit ko at single pa pero almost 8 years nako nakalipat at married pero sa iba kong records gaya ng passport at NBI ay bago na ang address at status ko pero kapag hinihingan nila ko ng ID ay yung lisensya ko parin ang ipinakikita ko..so ibig lang sabihin na maari kong bagubaguhin ang impormasyon sa akin na hindi nila man lang malalaman...

Yes it is true that we can easily change it. But on the national ID still the birthday, place of birt, which also the NBI can easily track down because when we apply for a work we need to present the NBI so tracking down will be much easier for the Law Enforcer.Company are requiring us to submit those information. If we have national ID easily we are sure that it is correct information. On the NBI perse we apply yearly if we have to renew it so on that case current information will be recorded to NBI. Which each barangay need also the NBI to make sure that we dont have any pending cases to anywhere in the philippines at the same time no way for fraud information on the Passport too. illegal citizen will be easily determine through the ID if they dont have meaning they are illegally staying to the country which anybody can tell who they suspected to be illegal.Every police who have caught illegal citizen should have commision to lessen the corruption because of the reward they will receive from the Department of Immigration.

Now we have the NFA ID,then we have to determine the Poor family and give them an ID again. We really need one ID which is the National ID so it will be easy for us interms of like this. There is a program again Pinoy Ahon Hira program of DSWD so we need another ID hayyyyyyyyy imagine the money we are spending again instead of one ID system.
