Sulpicio is now blaming Pagasa for giving it incorrect weather forecasts.
But how come I and just about everyone else on the Net knew exactly where the storm was.. it was visible with satellite tracking. Surely Sulpicio also has Satellite weather tracking capabilities. I was watching Pagasa satellite images since Thursday 19th and the Typhoon was always travelling WNW and continued to.. until closer to Panay where it started travelling more Northerly.. At all times it was going to be fierce weather for any Vessel within the Typhoon radius.
MV Princess of the Stars should not have been approved by the Coastguard to leave port.. and also Sulpicio should be checking their the Storm warnings which had changed to Typhoon status on Thursday 19th
