    It's hard for Filipinos to learn from the past.  The Ormoc tragedy, the Quezon landslide. These are all man-made disasters where lots of people died. Dala ito ng kahirapan and corruption. The law can't be enforced because there is big money involved. Politicians are playing safe. Media should force the issue and an NGO group shoud file a complaint in the court or if there is very strong case that would require the intervention of the Supreme then dalin sa Supreme court...

    One good thing during the time of Imelda Marcos, Pasig River was at it's cleanest state.  Then all squatters crying and complaining about their rights, karapatan etc.  Then it got so low that they went complaining to the U.N. about human rights violation. 

     About La Mesa dam, STAND UP and don't anyone built houses at or near the dam.  What's gonna happen next?  Every family, relatives, friends, as well as everyone will move there.  What they gonna say, we have rights.  We're going to the U.N. to complain.  You can't stop us.

    Hanapan na lang siguro ng ibang lugar na titirhan ang mga taong dapat ay titira doon para wala ng isyu.  Win Win solution kumbaga.

    No building of any housing for "executives" or any other person should be allowed in the protected area.

    This land is supposed to be "protected", not used for development of sub divisions for the wealthy and well connected.

    Once the building of structures is allowed, others will follow and eventually the whole place will be ruined and polluted.

     Remove the houses and preserve the place before it is too late.

    d ako sangayon na magbahay mwss employees dyan. best lumipat na sila.

    i am also for the preservation/conservaion of lamesa dam.

    on the other hand, la mesa dam conservation should be funded by the Lopez group. afterall, sila ang kikita dyan.

    To MMDA, maganda ang ginagwa nila movement regarding side vendors, kung ito'y para sa pag-de2siplina at ipasunod ang tamang regulasyon,

    kahit na mahirap kapa lalo na sila dapat natin matutunan na ito at magkaroon ng disiplina, at nakikita ko na unti-unti na nagka2roon ng pagbabago sa kanila..

    Sa totoo lang ang ganyang kaugalian natin Pilipino ang nagda2la ng majority ng kahirapan sa bansa natin, Kung pupunta ka ng Manila or

    kahit saan sa Pilipinas anu lang ba ang maki2ta mong maganda. Ang kabuang makikita mong kapaligiran madumi, putik, nangingitim na mga gusali at tulay,

    hindi nala2yo sa itsura ng isang basurahan, yun ba ang dapat natin ipagmalaki at wala na tayo dapat gawin dito, burarain nalang ang kapaligiran natin at

    magyabang na lang.. Anu ba naki2ta natin sa ibang bansa na asensado maliban sa Pilipinas , hindi ba maayos na kapaligiran, malinis, walang tapon na basura

    kahit saan, may disiplina mga tao, nakapintura ng maayos ang mga dapat na nka pintura which is ang laking kaibahan ang maidu2lot,

    in short nasa kaayusan lahat, Magarbo tignan lahat dahil maayos at may disiplina..Hindi ito mahirap gawin! at kahit lang sa unti-unti na natin umpisahan,

    Dahil kapag binago natin ang problemang ito tsaka palang mangyayari ang pagbabago at pag-asenso sa Pilipinas, at magre2flect ito sa pagba2go ng

    pananaw ng mga Pilipino.. dahil kailangan na muna na natin umpisahan dito at umasenso bilang tao at sumasabay sa pagbabago at pamu2hay sa Pilipinas

    na may disiplina, Kung saan kailan magi2ng replekto muna ito, sa atin kabuuan ng kapaligiran! na pagbabasehan natin ng pagasenso ng klase ng

    pamu2hay na may disiplina.. Kung hindi natin ito gagawin khit kailan walang mangyayari na pagbabago! dahil yan ang pangit at mabaho aspeto natin mga

    Pilipino...and sana khit ipagbawal lang ang pagtapon ng basura khit saan ay gawin narin patakaran! sa bansa natin na kailangan dapat lahat sumunod dito,

    dba ang ganda sana nito kung ganito ang kanilang mga ginagawang batas hindi kung anu-anu lang. Kaysa naglulustay lang ng milyones at bilyones ang gobyerno

    at mga nama2hala nito na kung saan2 inuukol lang at napupunta,  kung anu ang mahalaga ay sya pang pinipili na hindi gawin, yan ang Pilipino.
