In response, the TI Center has launched a 6-hour workshop, Solomons Secret Review entitled Health Enabling for Language Professionals (HELP). Participants will learn how to cope with the physical and emotional challenges that you face as a language professional. You will learn how the brain and body react to trauma and then practice some proven stress management techniques. By the end of the workshop you will be a stronger more positive person, both professionally and personally.

There are a few things that you can do when it comes to making sure that you are as healthy mentally as you can be. One thing is to use the power of meditation in your daily life, this as a result will help to make sure that the quantity of stress in your life is reduced and that you are at top mental health. Meditation is a wonderful exercise that can relax the mind and allow you to repair any damage that may be done as a result of stress.
