@tfcgodfather. Thanks for replying!
I concur. Carol's character development is done well. It is believable and what is good about it is that the writers made her character stronger without forgetting her roots and the current situation. I mean, her character is more believable then Lori (Rick's wife), in my opinion. Count me in on those not feeling the Daryl-Carol love team, it was rooted in pity and nope that does not work for me. I am not sure about a Daryl-Beth setup though. Oooh, what made you think that it was not her? But Rick saw her with them before they were gone, didn't he? Maybe the girls killed them and she just burned them to get rid of the chance for an investigation and for her to just take the fall for the girls?
I like Glen too, the moment he first graced the screen. Very hard not to like him. But I noticed the rating went from PG to MA in the recent season. Ah well, wanting to have sex even in tumultuous times is not out of character for everyone. Would you say Glen and Maggie have too much screen time for such scenes?
That was really horrible what happened to Merle. I guess what I liked on what they did with his character was that they kept him in.character on wanting to find Daryl and be his older brother to him til the end.
Oh since I have mentioned the MA scenes, that goes for Lily and the Governor too. I think her name is Lily, Meghan's mom. I agree, she neglected the child hence. Yes, I think the Governor hasn't stopped for a second on wanting to kill Michonne and seize the prison from Rick et al and be the hero he think he is that he once were, but I think after he was "betrayed/left behind" by Martinez and the other guy, that dampened his plan, he was left to his own devices, concentrating on how to survive and so when he found Martinez, it was back to original plan again
