I'm not sure kung dito ko dapat ipost to. I'm hoping kasi na abs will air a japanese drama. I mean diba Asianovela nga, so dapat hindi puro Korean and Taiwanese. I have nothing against to K and T dramas. Magaganda sila srsly. Kaso nga lang maganda kung may variety. I know na mahirap to since di ganun kasikat ang jdramas sa Phil compared sa Korean, but why don't they give it a try. Simulan nila sa mga pinakasikat na jdramas internationally, alam ko naman magaling ang researcher ng abs eh.

Again, I'm not hating on the other dramas. Peace y'all. :)

They must give J dramas a try on the weekends... ituloy na kasi nila ang STRAWBERRY on a SHORTCAKE which was supposed to air five years back.

Their 2 J drama did air on Primetime from 2008-2009, though.

Bakit di na nila pinush through yun? Anyway, agree ako na sana weekends siya knowing the no. of episodes. Pwedeng Taiwanese and Korean sa KG or PT tapos jdrama sa weekend afternoon. Pero malabo pang mangyari yun. :(

MAGANDA ANG "WHO ARE YOU".  TWO THUMBS UP!

ACCDG TO  OTHERS, "FUTURE CHOICE " HAS ALREADY BEEN ACQUIRED BY GMA.

I'M WONDERING WHY ABS CBN IS NOT TRYING TO GET SOME HISTORICAL DRAMAS THAT REALLY HAVE VERY GOOD STORIES LIKE THE MOON EMBRACING THE SUN, ARANG AND THE MAGISTRATE.  & THE MODERN DAY SOUTH KOREAN ROYAL FAMILY IN KING 2 HEARTS.

THE GOOD DOCTOR

VERY INSPIRING.  AMAZING STORY.  CANNOT GET ENOUGH OF IT, YOU WILL SURELY LOVE TO SEE EVERYDAY HOW THE DOCTORS SAVE THE LIVES OF THEIR PATIENTS. FUNNY, SERIOUS, CRAZY!  LOVE IT !  THE LEAD ACTOR SHOULD BE GIVEN AN AWARD FOR HIS REMARKABLE PERFORMANCE.  VERY CONVINCING, AND VERY CONSISTENT.

I HEAR YOUR VOICE (I CAN HEAR YOUR VOICE)

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS DRAMA!!!!!  NAKAKA-IN LOVE SILA, NAKAKA-KILIG!!!

ABS-CBN, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IF YOU GET THIS DRAMA FOR PRIMETIME!!!!

THE ACTORS ARE GREAT, THE COURT STORIES ARE LIKABLE, THE LOVE STORY IS SOOOOO CUTE!!!!

BETTER STORY LINE!!!!

IF I SAID THAT "THE MOON EMBRACING THE SUN" WAS THE LOVE STORY YOU WILL NEVER FORGET IN 2012,  FOR ME, THIS DRAMA "I HEAR YOUR VOICE" IS THE EXCITING LOVE STORY EVER IN 2013!!!!

LEE JONG SUK  ( He came to Davao with the other cast of the movie NO BREATHING)
He is tall, cute, and so charming in I Hear Your Voice drama.  He really matches with the lead actress, LEE BO YOUNG (The bad girl in Save The Last Dance with Eugene).

I recommend this drama for 2014!!!

LEE BO YOUNG (SAVE THE LAST DANCE 2005)

________________________________________________________________________________

WHO ARE YOU

FUNNY, INTERESTING, FRESH, EXCITING.  SHE CAN SEE PEOPLE THAT OTHERS CANNOT SEE. ROMANCE-SUSPENSE-MYSTERY. WATCH HOW TAECYEON (LEAD CHARACTER & MEMBER OF 2PM) DO FIGHT SCENES. GREAT FIGHT MOVES. LOVE IT!

CHEONGDAM-DONG ALICE (ALICE IN WONDERLAND / ALICE IN CHEONGDAM-DONG)
[/size][/b]

It is about a young woman's "journey" to Cheongdam-dong ― one of the wealthiest areas in southern Seoul ― by seducing a second-generation chaebol into marriage.  Han Se-kyung (Moon Geun-young) believed in l'effort est ma force, meaning "hard work is my strength." The aspiring fashion designer couldn't afford to study overseas, but won many local design contests and mastered French on her own.

She slowly begins to lose her positive outlook toward the world when her father's small bakery closes down after losing customers to larger retailers. Se-kyung's boyfriend of six years (Namgoong Min), who has to pay his sick mother's medical bills, runs away with her savings. Her bitter disillusionment leads her to seduce Jean Thierry Cha (Park Si-hoo), the youngest CEO in the luxury-brand industry.

Cha, whose real name is Cha Seung-jo (Park Si Hoo), harbors a petty side and is determined to get back at the people who has hurt him in the past. And despite his line of business, he feels a strong hatred towards women who marry for money and are obsessed with designer labels. Seung-jo falls for the genuine, idealistic Se-kyung, but not knowing this, she gives up being the person she wanted to be, and decides to live like those she once despised.

The title is a word play on Alice in Wonderland, referring to the heroine's fish-out-of-water status in said neighborhood, as she navigates the strange new world of designer clothes, gossip and consumerism, and learns the meaning of real love and happiness.

PROSECUTOR PRINCESS

YOU WILL BEGIN TO HATE HER BECAUSE OF HER NAIVETE.  YOU WILL ENVY HER BECAUSE OF THE SHOES SHE WEARS.  YOU WILL WANT TO HAVE THE MAN WHO ALWAYS FOLLOWS HER WHEREVER SHE GOES, AND LOVES HER.

________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________

I AM ALSO LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE "MACKEREL RUN" starring LEE MIN HO.  THE STORY IS SOOO GOOD AND FUNNY!

________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________

AND "PARTNERS" with Lee Dong Wook.  It's great to see Lee Dong Wook as a very good Lawyer who is quite serious and funny at the same time but very witty.  I like stories with cases that need to be resolved in court.  This is not a heavy drama, but something you will not want to miss every day.

________________________________________________________________________________

PROTECT THE BOSS

A FUNNY BOSS, WHO IS AN AGORAPHOBIC.  I DID NOT RECOGNIZE JI SUNG UNTIL I WATCHED CLOSELY. LOVE THIS STORY

________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________

"MAN FROM THE STARS"

REPLAY OF  "THE MOON EMBRACING THE SUN"!!!

The Love Story You Will Never Forget!!!  Great Story line, Great Acting, Superb Stars!!!

TAIWANESE NOVELAS

DRAMA GO, GO, GO

THIS DRAMA IS WORTH WATCHING.  HOW WILL YOU KEEP YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SOMEONE HIDDEN FROM THE PUBLIC IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE INTEREST OF YOUR AVID FANS?  AND WHO DO YOU WANT TO GO OUT WITH, WHO CAN HANDLE RELATIONSHIPS MORE, & WITH WHOM CAN YOU REALLY BE HAPPY WITH, A GUY WHO IS 5 YRS OR 2 YRS YOUNGER THAN YOU, OR 5 YEARS OLDER THAN YOU?

________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________

MOMO LOVE

FOUR (4) VERY PROTECTIVE HANDSOME BROTHERS.  ONE (1) DORKY FIFTH BROTHER. THE ONLY PRETTY LITTLE SISTER. AND ONE CUTE, SINCERE GUY. The story should have been entitled "POOR, LITTLE DORKY YU YI", the younger brother was so pitiful whenever he was among his four other handsome brothers; the story was really funny because of him.

________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________

TOGETHER

GEORGE HU IS SOOO GOOD ACTING LIKE 'BUDOY" WHO IS LEARNING TO FIGHT FOR HIS FEELINGS FOR THE GIRL HE HAD KNOWN AND TRUSTED SINCE THEY WERE KIDS.  AND THE THRILLING AND JITTERING MOMENTS OF JIRO AND RAINIE WILL REALLY MAKE YOU SMILE.

________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________

SUNNY HAPPINESS

MIKE HE - IS SO DAMN HANDSOME!  IT IS NOT LIKE A TYPICAL CINDERELLA STORY.  THIS IS INTERESTING.

SUNSHINE GIRL/SUNSHINE ANGEL

Bat di itry ng ABS CBN kunin yung Master's Sun? Sobrang kwela at umaapaw chemistry ni So Ji Sub at Gong Hyo jin haha. Di ko inaakalang dalwang magkasunod na drama ng SBS di nila kinuha e parehas maganda yun. I Hear Your Voice tsaka eto ngang The Master's Sun.  8)

@HyunJun waa. I ober duper like "I Can Hear Your Voice" kaso nakuha na daw to ng kabilang network eeeee! I love Lee Jong-suk &  Lee Bo-young both on and off screen.

back to HYUNZY XD

May network na nakakuha na ba ng Cheomdam-dong Alice (Alice in Wonderland or Alice in Cheomdam-dong).  It is a comedy and romance with a feel good story.  I like the story very much, I laughed and had a "kilig" ( jiddy) feeling in their simple romance.  The lead actor () was soooo handsome in this story and sooo in love with him!  He was even very funny in his panic-stricken motions.

MASTER'S SUN vs.  WHO ARE YOU?  :

MASTER'S SUN has the scarier ghosts look and scarier cinematography while in WHO ARE YOU, the appearance of the ghosts are like mortal looking persons with only a dull skin color.  But story wise, while watching both dramas, in my experience, Master's Sun is funnier however, I like WHO ARE YOU better because of the progress of the story.  You will be hooked watching it because there is already a need to resolve a case that transpired 6 years ago that was already opened in the earlier episodes.  My frustration only in Master's Sun is that it took the story 10 episodes before they would find interest in solving the case of the lead actress.  Before the last 5 episodes came in, I already guessed what had happened in the lead actor and actress.  Then after a case had been solved, the other last 2 or 3 episodes were no longer necessary; it only made the story boring.  I was already sleepy but because it was the last 2 or 3 episodes I just had to finish watching it but I continued to mumble : "What TIME will it end?"  There was no need to prolong the story because there really was no need to, and it only made me so angry.

GMA 7 got  the drama I HEAR YOUR VOICE.  I love, love this one too and even watched it 2x.  My gosh, Lee Jong Suk is only 24 years old and in real life is 10 years younger than Lee Bo Young (wife of Ji Sung of Protect the boss and both from Save the Last Dance). No matter what, Lee Jong Suk's pairing with Lee Bo Young was very good and did a smart decision.

PROTECT THE BOSS is sooo funny too in the first 5 episodes. I could not imagine the actors in their early and late 30s who could also be so good in comedy acting.

ILJIMAE vs. RETURN OF ILJIMAE

Just a simple reason or reasons what I like and not about each of the two stories.  First of all, Return of Iljimae is very different from Iljimae I.  The Return is not a continuation of the first Iljimae story.

ILJIMAE:

1. The fight scenes were not commercially done.  We know that in order to do better stunts, actors and stuntmen are always in harness.  In Iljimae, you will not notice that they are relying on the harness as they jump and move in thin air.
2. Pacing of the story per episode is not slow.
3. The story is not confusing.
4. The downside is the last part.

THE RETURN OF ILJIMAE:

1. Am I watching a storybook come to life of Iljimae.  I believe that this is the real story of Iljimae because it was a Chinese folklore. In the story, He travelled from one place to another and met different characters where he started to learn and muster those different fighting skills.
2. The title should have been " THE ADVENTURES OF ILJIMAE" because it was like seeing THE LIFE OF PI.
3.  I sooooo hate that there is a narrator who narrates everything in detail of how the characters feel and what they are thinking or how their reactions were.  And MY GOLLY! I hate it so much that the story from Episode 1-5 was making my understanding of the story sooooo confusing!!! It had to go back to the previous episodes and tell the story of the other characters.  Why on earth the writer did not just start everything in the first 3 episodes so that it could move forward to the other episodes until the end? I think I began liking the story as I was watching it from Episode 7 (Sandara Park's episode) and forward.
4. In fairness, Jung Il Woo was very handsome and really looked like a Chinese guy who could really fight so well.

WOULD ABS CBN GET ILJIMAE AT LEAST?

I suggest In Time with You. Taiwanese romance drama  featuring   Ariel Lin (It Started With A Kiss) and Bolin Chen. Relatable para sa mga na-"friendzone"  ;D
