Re: Rally is not the Solution
Ang mga babae are experts in the know how of GROUP DYNAMICS kaya naghahanap sila nang mga maraming kaibigan at gusto malapit palagi sa mga relatives. You see, for Chinese people, BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER. Just like sa mga babae, the Chinese are expert in group dynamics and the importance of friends and relatives because they know it is ONLY them whom they can give their trust and of course money, money, money. But that is just the icing of the cake. You see BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER is attributed to Chinese people not everywhere-else but only them. I bet most Filipinos don't understand or have no feel or can't relate about it's true meaning because most Filipinos are not like that. Most Filipinos are very open to other culture, kahit anong tinatangap yan. Ganyan tayong mga Pinoy which is good. The only problem is it takes two to tango. And the Chinese don't want to play the same music. But you know, some institutions and business people are start practicing the Chinese way, or Dynasty ba ang tawag dun. I saw an ad for a particular school and in the add it shows the list of important positions and their corressponding names of people holding the position, the organizational chart in short. Napatawa ako, puro magkakamaganak sila. halos pare-parehas ang apilyedo from top to bottom. And lastly, the Chinese are expert in business and dealing with people. In short they are expert in manipulation just as most car salesman and lawyers do, those who lives in the US can relate about this. What's common about a car salesman and a lawyer? They are manipulators and can't be easily trusted kasi they want the most money they can get. Ganyan ang mga Chinese. Ganyan ang level na kaya nila. Kaya nga sila yumyaman eh! Kasi kuha lang sila nang kuha.

Blackburn, don't even waste your time with Peace Syndrome. This poster is a certified hypocrite, as you can tell from his post. He preaches about laziness and crab mentally, that they are the reason why the Philippines are being torn apart, yet he is the one who is lazi and with a crab mentality. Here's another thing that he preaces. The law is above all, the law is what distinguishes us from the barbarians of the old days. The law is what makes us a civil society. That is why we must respect the law. Lozada does not respect the law, Lozada wants to evade it by ousting Arroyo first because he knows that sooner or later, the law will catch up to him. - Very interesting. Since the person he is backing up gave pardon to Erap. She gave pardon to Erap? are you kidding me? We had an EDSA 2 to remove him from power and we went to court and law handed a sentence, all for nothing. That shows either 2 things. 1. that GMA doesn't believe that law is above all or 2. She gave pardon para pakita tao lang sya. Another thing. Mga tao na tinitira si Jun based on his race? Yeah. We want Racial Discrimination in our country huh? A lot of GMA supporter say we can't trust Lozada kasi he's Chinese, he can't be trusted. I mean, what's up with that? What are they trying to do? Start a race war? But this is just another proof that some, not all, GMA supporters are blind. They defame Chinese people's character, and yet, GMA makes deals with the Chinese. Keep in mind that they use ECONOMIC growth as one of the reason why GMA should stay, pero they don't think, and they don't thank the Chinese people for helping our economy grow. And finally, in regards to minors. Yeah. See and spread the word that its bad to corrupt young minds. I guess we forgot that GMA also targeted MINORS when she was running for offfice. " I don't know how old or experienced you are. Just as when you think when you are mature enough, and made the right decision, but only to find out later that you are not really mature enough, at binola ka lang pala, ay napakasakit at minsan kadalasan pagsisihan mo sa bandang huli . " <<<<<< I wouldn't be talking about experience and maturity. By discriminating CHINESE people, that shows how immature you are. Ayaw mo na sa Chinese? Why not tell that to GMA. Kasi she loves dealing with China. That speaks a lot about you. You support someone that loves to deal with China, the same people(country) that you say you can't trust. But you can trust GMA right? Who trust China and their people? O by the way, these "minors" in 1+ years will actually be our next generation of doctors, nurses, lawyers, seaman, etc. Yeah. Mashado pala sila minor. We can talk about *** and have *** EDUCATION class with these MINORS, but we can't talk about their future and how they can change their future? I apologize to all Chinese/half Chinese people. Not all Filipinos are racists. Food for thought. Besides the USA, China is one of the countries that really helps the Philippine economy. So to all of you that says NO MORE INTSIK, think before you guys say that. You have no idea how racists the Chinese who lives in the Philippines. It is their way of life. You will only find out that truth once you have direct contact and long term relationship with them. Otherwise, you have no idea. The only time that they become nice is when you give them MONEY. "basta bigay ka kwarta o tulong sa akin oke oke tayo .... pero kung ikaw patulong sori di pwede" That's basically what they believe. You've been warned the Chinese in Philippines are the most racist of all. They have their own hidden world apart from most Filipinos. One of my friend, whose family, grandparents owns thousands of hectares, in short haciendero sila. Then one of HIS UNCLE MARRIED A CHINESE WOMAN. This Chinese woman ay walang property in short mahirap lamang daw. According to him, she became the manager the hacienda. All the while this woman and his uncle, live an extravagant life, driving expesive cars, personal drivers, and many boys and yayas, typical of a Chinese life or set-up. Then, they found out that this CHINESE WOMAN has aquired several agricultural land properties sa ibang lugar at ginagamit na nang kaniyang mga relatives. Of course not all of them as it seems but marami sa kanila ang racists. I would never want anyobody whose real life and feelings is so disconnected, or living screte lives or world which most Filipinos are not aware of, liars, to lead the Filipinos. It just not right. I bet the Chinese are good in hiding, acquiring money, smooth talking and lying. You know why because they don't personally mingle with most Filipinos, that's how you can detect it. You don't want some stranger to lead the country. Doing so given the current state of most Filipinos is the greatest mistake the nation can ever make. We should go back to the basic, as much as possible get to your leaders personally, be with them. Enter their lives. Enter their homes and properties.Get to know their families and relatives. Get to know how they treat other people. In short try to put yourself in their shoes. Ask them favors, give them favors and try how they react. Look how they treat other people. And do that in a long time. Once, you've done that, at least you can be rest assured that you know what kind of person/leader you are really dealing with.
I can't agree with you on that. Just because she is Chinese you are saying too that other Chinese people are like that. Although a lot of stories suggests that they aren't the best of people... I have to go out in defense to my friends who are Chinese-Filipino and who are real friends to me. Not all of them are evil by the way you see it. A true-blooded Filipino is also capable of doing what the chinese woman in your story had done. Would you think otherwise?... You have to remember... The suit a gentleman wears doesn't totally speak of the person wearing it...(^o^)Y

May kasabihan nga it takes a liar to catch a liar. But, the question is, are you willing to play the same music as they do to make it fair? Well, if you do then, we can say that the playing field has leveled, for you. But if can't stomach it, you'll have to hate their music to make it fair. The choice is yours. But you know, some institutions and business people in the Philippines, (of course, kasi di puwede sa US yan) are start practicing the Chinese way, or Dynasty ba ang tawag dun. actually what happened to your friend is not common. I'm not saying not common with Chinese people, but common in general, not matter what race a person is. And as the old saying goes, before you point your finger and stereotype anyone, look at your own backyard/closet. Kasi in regards to your friend, you can take out "Chinese" and insert Filipino, its the same thing. Dito sa states there is a lot of American business men, pag may meeting kami, alam mo ano ang sinasabi nila? And .... on a personal note.. ikaw your basing your judgement on what happened to your friend. Here's my story besides sa mga business partners ko dito sa states..... My own relatives. my own freaking relative, my freaking mom's aunt, sold my farm in Bacolod. Gave me the market price of my farm, and she kept the rest. Or how about this. My first cousin, who I bought 2 trucks, para sa trucking business nya sa para mag kuha ng mga sugar cane, told me na sira ang makina ng isang truck and we need to buy a new one. Next thing I know, 3 na ang truck. Yung sinabi nya na sira, sakanya na. Or how about this. My freaking tita, called my mom and told her na bumili na ng cemetary lot para sa lola ko, guess what? yung namatay ang lola ko? Saan na yung lot? Wala, kasi binulsa. 3 things lang yan. I can go on and on. And this is in a personal level. But do I prejudge and say mga mag nanakaw ang mga pilipino? Kasi fraction of the filipino's are like that lang. Hindi lahat. Its kind of ironic when some GMA supporter say don't listen to Lozada kasi he is a liar. And yet, these same people wants us to believe sa mga sabi sabihan nila na salbahi ang mga Chinese. Don't listen sa mga tsimis, but listen to my tsimis??? Very ironic. I love it. Lastly in regards to Chinese people. Some are good some are bad. Like filipinos, americans, japanes, african americans. Most Chinese people I meet and are surrounded by, they are nice and willing to help me. My fellow Rotarian is Chinese. He was the one who sponsered me to get in to Rotary Club. I learned a lot from him and actually he was the one who helped me with my business endeavors. My point is, why not look for the good ones, maybe you'll learn a few pointers or two, instead of stereotyping the whole race. Stubborness and hatred will keep your mind from expanding. To learn more is to want more. " The suit a gentleman wears doesn't totally speak of the person wearing it...(^o^)Y " <<<< very true kidperez " Kaya nga sila yumyaman ang mga iba eh! Kasi kuha lang sila nang kuha. " eh kung ganon pala edi mga sira and *** pala tayo mga pinoy kasi bigay tayo ng bigay. ...... and to quote Lady L sa Lobo..... " there are no victims in this world. Only people who are willing to be victimized " tama ba yun? hahahah

Re: Rally is not the Solution
Peace_Syndrome: Yes Blackburn, JDV, Lozada, Lacson, and ERAP are all “BRAVE & STUPID”. That is why I sent the below letter/proposal to the DOJ, because the abuse of freedom of speech has become overly abused by persons such as them in our society. A letter to the DOJ Philippines:
There needs to be a law passed where any person who disrespects the "Office of the Presidency" by making false accusations and spreading deliberate rumors about the president, should be charged with a felony or at the very least a high misdemeanor. President Arroyo has been falsely accused with nothing concrete to back the accusations up.
All of the accusations against President Arroyo are of an offensive nature and so far, just vicious attacks for political gains. But what these political ant-Arroyo opposition scumbags can’t seem to grasp. . . most people such as LACSON are now onto their destructive strategies, and have about had it with their whining and non-leadership approach. The opposition would be wise to change the leaders (Erap, JDV, and Cory Aquino) working behind the scenes, because they are hindering their advancement, rather than helping their pack of opposition hounds. Erap should have just shut up and stay home with his ailing mother a long time ago. He doesn't know how to play fair & his stage antics are way outdated - pathetic. Not to mention, after Arroyo pardoned him, now he is leading the cry for her ouster based on unproven rumors, also JDV & LOZADA has to been held accountable for starting this malicious rumor.
The opportunistic oppositionists have probably written their own obituary, by not taking the bull by the horns and continuously wasting taxpayer money by producing obviously paid and fraudulent witnesses (such as Zuce, Cam, and Lozada) to the senate. . Opposition support is now dwindling away, the FILIPINO people are beginning to see their true motives. They are dwindling away about like an ice cube in 100 degree temperatures in the beaches of Boracay. Since the biggest majority of Filipinos are pro-economy, this is and should be a disastrous game for opposition. Won't they ever learn? Apparently not.
The majority of the Filipino people do not want leaders who are proven without a doubt to be corrupt in the law courts such as Erap. When people with violent tendencies expresses the desire to assassinate the president over a public forum, this shows an unsettling trend that seems to be engulfing our society. Teaching political hatred seems to be gaining ground and should not be tolerated. But when young teen students of various universities in the Philippines see people such as Lozada courageously spreading rumors and unproven allegations against the president, trying to make political headway and galvanize or provoke anti-Arroyo hatred, this is not healthy, and it could present a national security problem, this could put the life of the president in jeopardy and great danger, and worse of all it could throw our beloved country, the PHILIPPINES into CHAOS!!!
i did my research because i love my country. i've spent hours and hours surfing the net, reading blogs and opinions just to understand what's going on. i consistently watch the news everyday, which by the way should be everyone's responsibility. i can comfortably say that I support the arroyo administration despite their imperfections (gma, thank you for staying strong for our country). i'd rather support the unpopular knowing personally that i am on the right side. i respect the protesters but i think most of them are poor-pinoys-easily-swayed fanatics who barely understand what REALLY is going on. but hey, i am on their side on fighting corruption which in reality includes 99% of pinoys tsk, tsk. "bato-bato sa langit ang tamaan wag magagalit." fighting corruption should start on ourselves.

Re: Rally is not the Solution
tagasubaybay: Peace_Syndrome: Yes Blackburn, JDV, Lozada, Lacson, and ERAP are all “BRAVE & STUPID”.
All of the accusations against President Arroyo are of an offensive nature and so far, just vicious attacks for political gains. you said you support gma, so you agreed that she signed an anomalous zte contract? she did cancelled it after 5 months, after the lozada testimonials...but why did she cancelled it? why does she wont allow neri to tell everything about their discussions? you said figthing corruption should start among ourselves, we did, now it's time to fight the real corruption---GMA and the gov't...

Re: Rally is not the Solution
you love your country, then need to really open your eyes and look at what going around you. we in the business community have deal with gov't and knows the "tongpats" that our gov't take is already part of our cost of doing business. it's just this administration "tongpats" is way out of proportion...l the money for education, health, infrastructure, local gov't etc are all going to the pockets of few and mighty of those in power. It's just got worst with GMA...she has to cover her "Hello Garci" criime...so more payoff to people involed including generals.... wish you would do more intensive research. Jojoc bolante, macapcable highway, Jose Pidal-Jueteng money, pagcor money for election, north rail, south rail, x-ray machine, smuggling in pier, ZTE, and other Chinese deal...all headed by GMA's family and friends. There already too many scandal of this administration...maybe more than Marcos level already. we need to say No and let them know we don't want our hard earn money to be wasted in their pockets...we need to voice our opinon and not just status quo...

Re: Rally is not the Solution
kidperez: elgoog: Aggravation: blackburn: bUT LOOK LIKE YOU GOT PAY ALOT....WHY ARE YOU BEING SPOKE PERSON FOR THE GOV'T. UNPROVEN ALLEGATION. OPEN YOUR EYES....LOOK AT ALL THE SCANDAL!!!THEY ARE NOT ALL ALLEGATION, IT'S JUST OUR COURT AND OBUDSMAN ARE ALREADY IN THEIR POCKET TOO.... MOST PEOPLE DIDN'T JOINT RALLY DOSEN'T MEAN THEY DON'T WANT CHANGE AND HAVE THIS CORRUPT GOV'T PUNISH OR CHANGE. 70% OF POPULATION BELIEVE LOZADA, MAJORITY ARE NOT STUPID....
The "race war" against the Filipinos have been going on around ever since the beginning. It has been going on all the time, but most Filipinos are too brain washed so they don't feel it. Remember, even a smart business owner will not find out the bad guys in his company. Malalaman man niya na may kalokohang nangyayari it is already late. Filipinos have nothing to lose in this race war, dahil nasa losing side na sila sa kinahabahan nang panahon at storya nang bansa.
