After releasing his 25th Anniversary album called Milestone in 2007, our concert king Martin Nievera is back with a brand new disc -another collection to mark a milestone of OPM love songs-- as presented by EMI Philippines entitled “Ikaw Ang Pangarap” with the carrier single "Ikaw Ang Pangarap." The album "Ikaw Ang Pangarap" marks as Martin's one of the best selling albums since he started his career with Polyeast since 1994.
Martin renewed his contract last August 29,2008 with Polyeast headed by Ramon Chuaying. Polyeast used to be Martin Nievera's home label since EMI Phils took over other OPM albums (Bamboo, Sugarfree, Hale, Kyla, Nikki Gil etc. ) in 2004. Martin is set to release his Christmas album this year under Polyeast.
However, as his 26th year album's carrier single and his first ever all-Tagalog collection which is still under EMI Phils. Martin Nievera is again hitting the airwaves with the theme song of ABS-CBN's top rating telenovela called LOBO. “Ikaw Ang Pangarap”--the song produced by Star Records-- is now also being heard on local radios and will again prove that Nievera is still the prime balladeer with stellar collection of magnificient performances and hits that have stayed for 26 years.
As testament to his musical brilliance, Martin Nievera took another milestone of his career and released a 2-disc CD titled “Milestones” in September 2007 and now nearing its double Platinum status. It contains 25 memorable tracks that have touched Martin Nievera's life and will surely leave a mark to his fans.

How's life at this moment?
I'm very happy with my life now! I've started working again...and ABS-CBN has askedas me to work again.
How's your love life? The buzz is that you’re dating new. Is it true?
Not true! It's only a rumor. Right now, I don’t want to talk about my love life! Period!
What’s your advice to your sons about?
On the contrary, they are the ones giving me advices about women...They don't want to end-up like their dad daw...Same thing happened before with my mom and dad. I told Pops before it would not happen to us but it did happen.
You’re set to release also a Christmas album this year?
Yes, I will be recording Christmas songs under Polyeast and my sons Robin and Ram as my back-ups.
What can you advise to Robin and Ram now the've started following your footsteps?
For me, I don't have to.. that they were become like their parents. Sana they could do some other things but they love it! I just advise them to practice.
Are you and Pops in talking terms?
Yes! Sometimes we have dinner together with Jomari (Yllana).
What’s your one big wish concerning Pops?
I would like to spend Christmas up to New Year with Pops and Jomari together with our sons in Las Vegas or in any place in America!
About the contract signing, is it a life-time contract? How many albums you are planning to produce in this unlimited contract?
We always exceed the limit!
