According to Iloilo Gov. Rolex Suplico, who presented new witness “Alex,” the Chinese government was not informed of the trip. Even the Shenzhen guards at the border were supposedly surprised when the President passed through unannounced.

Gina de Venecia, wife of Rep. Jose de Venecia, told ABS-CBN that she and her husband were last-minute invitees to Shenzhen. She said that they had neither visas to China nor a golf set but these were taken care of.
 
“It’s suspicious,” Lacierda added. “She’s not been transparent. She’s given us little information. That makes the transaction very suspicious,” Lacierda said".

I did read the "official" happenings from 27 okt-3 of Nov at the Palace web and there are no mention about the company ZTE but many others and for shore she get "assistance" from Beijing in ZTE

I can imagine what was happening in the ZTE deal, it all started that day with Mike Arroyo and the guy Abalos, for shore they see the opportunity to make a nice join venture deal here

Its little strange that ZTE is not mention at all in this "diary" but not neccesary abnormal anyway.

i honestly believe that gma knows she's doing, she is an economist, smart lady but her poor judgement led the country a mess...she knows that she cannot accept any gifts or favors from a privatecompany and do business with them....it is against the law---conflict of interest!
