Pati politika ay pinanghihimasukan na nila and they are obviously supporting some candidates mostly from the opposition and even from the leftist partylist groups. Some may not notice it but there is an obvious alliance between the Lopezes and these leftist groups to protect their business interests and to oust the current administration.

It is not a puzzle why these leftist groups have never been seen anymore protesting against MERALCO for their high electricity rates and against ABS-CBN for the ULTRA tragedy. The deafening silence of the leftist organizations like Bayan Muna after the ULTRA tragedy only confirms my suspicion of their alliance.

 

I never thought that I would be a victim of this meralco harrassment!! OMG as if dealing with the high electric bills isn't enough.  Meralco is charging us 50,000pesos plusplus, not only that, they are threatening us with criminal charges and disconnection to boot because they said our meter is tampered DAW!!!

WHAT? They check it with the ERC blahblah as witmess, and they found that our meter daw is tampered because the lead seal is deformed and the dial pointers are misaligned!!! SSSOOOOOOO is that our fault if their meter is broken already?  If the seal is deformed shouldn't they have noticed it when they read our meter monthly and do the repairs immediately? 

So we wrote them a letter stating this but now they answered back that because they noticed a sudden drop in our billing that's why they are charging us? ANO sosmaryosep!!! yea march 2006 last year our bill is 7,000 pesos then on april it drop to 3,500, but on dec 2005 our bill is 2,500 and jan 2006 its 3,200 then feb 2006, 6,000 pesos.....so meaning pala if you have sudden increase almost 3x ng billing mo then its ok good for them mas marami silang pera, but if your bill becomes lower again then its a crime already???!!!!

Besides those period that they found that we have low bill is when we stayed at our granpa's house because its nearer the review center where I'am studying for PRC exam!!! 

Now they replaced the old meter with the new one but still we have the same consumption as was before..it only proves that they are only harrassing us and charging us without evidence!!

So guys this serves as a lesson to all, if there is a sudden decrease in your consuption, be alert for the meralco charging you big time together with criminal charges pa!!!! GRABE talaga!! as if you have no right to make tipid and make ends meet!! GRABE!!!!!

Just hope and praying that it will be resolved soon!! that they will see enlightment!!

Kung malaki ang singil ng Napocor natural malaki din ipatong ng meralco. Besides bago nila iimplement yan dadan sa DOE anf presyuhan ng kilowatt reading natin. They will agree kung pano ang byaraan. Nagkataon na mtaas ngyun ang lakaran ng oil d2 sa midle east. And2 me ngyun sa bahrain. Kahit sabihin mo malaks ang dollar independent naman ang oil sa presyuhan. And some genrating/electrical company like NAPOCOR is using that. And so kung nagkaroon man ng increase sa bayad we cant blame meralco alone. We should also blame NAPOCOR. Pasalamt tayu na may meralco sa manila kasi NAPOCOR alone cannot sustain power loadings in mega manila.Gabi pang Peak loads na. And regarding sa reklamo ng isa na siningil xa because tampered daw yung meter.Just think bro>>>???MERALCO will not risk its reputation para lng sa 50000 na sinasabi mo. Hello, Mr. Jones. You seem to be forgetting that as far as utility companies go, Meralco has been and continues to be a monopoly in the Metro Manila area. As such, it can charge whatever it wants and, unless the customer wants to do without electricity, there is nothing anybody can do about it other than gripe. Now that's what I call a captive clientele. What "reputation" are you talking about? There is no "reputation" to protect or defend. They're the only game in town. Capiche?

NAPOCOR? Meralco? What's the difference? parepareho lang silang nagpapahirap sa mga mamamayang pilipino!!!

Last year sa financial statement ng meralco, eh sabi they profited around 1billion pesos!! O! naghihirap ba yan? Profit ah ibig sabihin e sa bulsa na nila yan!!!

Napocor naman, e overpricing sila!! Coal na binibili nila e suppose to be $20/kg/ton, pero ang patong ng Napocor e $80/kg/ton...O do the math!! Simpleng math lang yan..bagkano ang kinikita nila!!!

 not only that the lopezes also own a substation yung pang PPA kung baga!! so double na ang singil nila, double din ang kita nila!!

at kung totoo naman na tama lang ang singil nila (which is hindi talaga), e wala silang karapatan na iaccuse kami ng pagnanakaw and tampering dahil nasira ang electric meter ng meralco!!!  Let's face it hindi forever na in perfect condition yan, lalo na yung mga hindi pa digital, masisira din yan sa katagalan, e dapat icheck nila parati monthly total andyan naman sila para iread yon eh.  Bakit hindi nila gawin? Because they are negligent and they failed to maintain the meter in good condition tapos sisisihin nila ang consumer?  Well, there is something wrong dyan sa situation na yan!!

First of all let me say that all transactions, finances including ata ang pag-ihi ng mga Meralco employees na gaya ko ay monitored by ERC which was made by YOUR GOVERNMENT para bantayan ang energy operations ng bawat distribution utilities.  And for your damn information, ang Meralco ang talagang binubugbog ng gobyernong ito sa pagbabantay.  NOW, KUNG HINDI MO ALAM MR. BENEDICTO, ANG MERALCO ANG MAY PINAKAMALIIT NA SYSTEMS LOSS CAP, MEANING MERALCO ANG PINAKAKAWAWA PAGDATING SA SYSTEMS LOSS CAP NA BINIBIGAY NG GOBYERNO.  Ang mga ibang maliliit na DU's, umaabot pa ng 14% samantalang kami ay 9.5% lang.  Lumagpas sa CAP na yon, babayaran na ng DU tulad ng Meralco.  Let me give you some more points:

2.  System Loss 101 for Mr. Benedicto:  System Loss for a DU Includes Technical (due to impedance of lines equipment) and Non-technical Losses (due to pilferage, illegal connections, etc.).  To sweeten the argument Mr. Benedicto, let me tell you this......PINAYAGAN NG ERC ANG BAWAT UTILITIES NA MAISAMA ANG NON-TECHNICAL LOSSES SA SYSTEMS LOSS, AT ALAM NA ALAM YAN NG ERC AT NG GOBYERNO NG PILIPINAS NA BINOTO NG MGA KATULAD MONG NILALANG!!!!!  Walang tinatago ang Meralco SIMULA PA NOON.  LAHAT NG OPERASYON NG MERALCO AY NAAAYON SA BATAS NG PILIPINAS!!!!  Now you are asking if that's fair, ASK YOUR GOVERNMENT!!!!
