i can't find the draft or huddle room anywhere on the site.
i suggest we come out with a manifesto first outlining our intentions and our objectives before coming out with a draft. the philippine preamble is the basis for our constitution. it is the interpretation and implementation of this preamble where critics and scholars differ. if anything but symbolic, the "tearing of spanish cedulas" by bonifacio is the katipunan's manifesto.
