i told you princ, one need to have an analytical mind when watching news. PGMA didn't say she knew it was anomalous but that someone told her about the deal to be "allegedly anomalous". now an analytical mind can decipher that, can it?

but yeah Peace Syndrome is very right you can't admit to the things he laid out. i've seen the technical comparisons of the 2 proposals even when I was still working abroad and from there I found it petty for people to just believe a "whistleblower" like de venecia and lozada who were both involved in the initial attempts at corrupting the millions of pesos of public funds.

again, like what i said one has to possess an "analytical mind" to decipher the news and information that he gets. you don't just get the news and eat it without asking yourself whether it's really food you're eating or just pure ***. if the contract is anomalous, how come the senate didn't find anything to point out with regards to the technical details of the contract? the contract was there for them to scrutinize, did any of these "holier than thou" senators pointed out anything overpriced? none. nada. they can't even refute the undersecretary of the DOTC when he went there. why? because they can't find anything anomalous when it comes to the specifics of the contract. so now they're using "hype" to make their case.

joey? hahaha. you're making me laugh. you said it yourself, he's a businessman. he didn't complain because there wasn't any bidding. and by using analytical thinking, one will surely notice that de venecia's contract is more anomalous when it comes to the specifics. how come you never noticed it? or maybe you're not used to processing information that you get out of news or maybe you're too amazed by lozada's incessant crying photo ops that you never bothered to check the other side of the story. de venecia's proposal is like what the DOTC undersecretary said, AMPAW. no financial capability to finish much less start the project, no technical expertise, no technological partners whatsoever. Aside from the fact that de venecia is the SON of the House Speaker which is definitely against the corrupt practices act.
