Correct ! That’s why we need a National Broadband Network !

is that a requirement in order to have a website?

Not necessarily, but as the name implies, it will be nationwide, therefore easier to access and faster.

ano nga ba ang advantage ng may nbn kesa sa regular internet connections such as cable/dsl?

Again as the name implies; It is a network hindi lang isa isa kundi sabay sabay silang gumagana. Broadband pati kanya mabilis.

wala tayong pera para diyan? dito sa pharm company na pinagtatrabuhan ko global ito and we communicate mostly online and we submit our work electronically sa mga affiliates at health authority sa buong mundo including pinas...parehas ba iyon sa NBN?

Iyon ang internet, World Wide Web. Ang Network naman is more within a limited area, tulad ng isang Company building or even within a home. Well national means Nationwide and Broadband means more data transmitting capacity, tulad ng optic fiber.

Thanks for pointing out the importance of the NBN.

When there is bribery involved in a transaction a company will make allowances for it thus creating an overprice, and that is one of the reasons it was cancelled.

I’m sure if the process is repeated and ZTE will be allowed to bid without the initial bribery sum involved, they will come up with a much reasonable and lower pricing than the original.
